Have to laugh at the use of the word strategic.
All I read here is one struggling company helping another struggling company improve its balance sheet by converting debt into equity, nothing more, nothing less.
But I’m sure some investors like Lizzy will try and tell you otherwise.
Price action however tells you that investors aren’t getting fooled by AF at the same rate they were previously.
