How do MIN control the board?
They have only acquired the shares of the directors, nothing more.
The directors hold shares in another company, in this case MIN. I'm 100% certain they currently hold shares in other companies, they may even own shares in MIN now.
The directors then have an interest doing well, which in this case means NWE doing well.
That MIN is a JV partner would make NWE doing well and advancing its drilling/projects in everyone's interest.
How would that change. Do you think MIN don't want the drilling to go ahead if they acquire NWE?
They do not have control of the company,
Lindsay Fox seems to do well at Coles.
You seem to think that MIN would control the NWE but that we can still sack the BOD and appoint new directors - you are contradicting yourself in the same sentence.
