cash will stay the same value during inflation? mate, please read up some more on what inflation actually does to the value of fiat currency. you are conflating way too many things to draw parallels.

yes some inflation is a good thing hence the 2-3% cb's targets, but its bad when its running like it is right now. especially when you hear stuff the likes of shane oliver indicating how the economy is strong and consumers have record savings!

idk, the bull case from where we are given increased and increasing interest rates doesnt fit the bill for increased earnings growth. particularly when probably 95% of people running businesses have never operated in an inflationary environment.
