Well I won’t hold that against you haha grew up there myself and still have family there.
Be great to see the place back to the glory days in the 60’s and 70’s currently got some of the best rentals returns in the state.
Hopefully GFG can help MGT reach its potential and deliver a good return for us share holders, as long as when they say leverage they don’t mean have us retail holders fund everything and then take us over at a loss.
