my take... and you know me for being negative around these parts on MDT... however

this could (and i mean could) work out very well for holders.

It all depends on how many shares you get for your current holdings. speaking to the mac boys they reckon it could be 3-1.

Sure that will run the sp down but (and this is a big but) all the debt will be cleared up the placement will be underwritten and therefore the sp should rally.

lots of ifs and buts however i see a potential positive and possible get out for holders.
