You can get paid out (face value or even at a premium sometimes), sometimes OTC will be on offer but I don't think that would apply here as that is often put in place when a company does not meet listing requirements, and RLT specifically wants to list.
Based on the ASX SOI it is a real possibility I think, as Stefano always said he needed the ASX early as no one understood/took risk micro caps in SA and so on. He does not need the ASX any more, and has talked about its complexities before. I don't think he is a fan of bot trading and manipulation either!
It would be disappointing to get humped in a couple of bungled CR only to get thrown out the door when the real money is turning up - I hope not!!
