CAP : im not sure if this stock is as good as some believe it is.

1. the money given is given in stages or trenches pending on favourable outcomes at each stage. this if criteria isnt met at one stage, the chinese can leave without paying all the money

2. if the io play was very good, do you think the chinese would let someone leech 20% after they do all the work? wouldnt you think they would make a play for it all?
