A couple of issues, namely:
What is the level of commitment of the Board members to INF while they're off with their side-project?
Are they involved in this other company because they're not confident about INF's prospects?
Will this new company be using INF's IP, if so, is INF being properly compensated?
Those are just the questions I'm asking. I'm sure others with more business acumen will have their own.
