that refers to conversion of existing debt, surely that means they were given a loan previously but considering they are in the business of lending money it may have just been an ordinary loan at the time and most likely Fresh Supply couldn’t repay the loan back and rather than writing the loan off shareholders are now the beneficiaries of another million dollar investment that will result in negoncoke being generated from that investment.
