Sure someone will give you a more detailed answer, but in a nut shell (and IMO), they commissioned the report a while ago and it has just been released.
Petroleum was their original target. And it is the fastest to monetize. I think they have done the oil and gas promotion in the past. This is the most current info, so helium it is. Always good to have something new to talk about.
