    Thanks for indulging me with a great posting.

    LVR still at 65% defeats the purpose of a capital raising in my view and paves the way for furhte rcapital raising.

    It's the old chestnut or "LVR is still an issue....blah blah blah".

    There would probably need to be either 1 more capital raising and/or 10% capital appreciation to get teh LVR in the 50% mark.
