Ive worked with many myself, most good to have a joke with , not bad fellas in all, but to be honest ive only met one that had ambition and drive to do well, i hope the many as you call them decide enough is enough and try and do it themselves , they do get generous help but it would be great to see self help be a priority , we cant blame the color of their skin as Sri Lankans and Indians seem to prosper here, i feel it goes way deeper but its not politically correct to say it, i just hope they can change direction as nobody wins if they dont.
