Expect asset values to soften a bit. I'm a valuer, and we are now starting to really apply softer cap rates in our work. Litte long term risk for most industrial or non discretionary retail stuff in my opinion, but expect value of investment properties to take a hit. This applies to all reits. Should be a good buying opportunity if the market isn't expecting it?
