You fail badly on your incredibly myopic pov. Each convertible note comes with 1 million 8c options not to mention the other terms listed above. You can't pick one aspect of the note and call it without due consideration to the other components. In any case, you didn't get any of the notes or have any say in putting the deal together so what's your beef big boy?
