the placement is already closed. It was only available to sophisticated investors (you may want to look up the requirements to be an SI) and institutions. It was not available to retail investors. So far 88e only made placement available to SI and Instos.
while it would have been an easy and nice profit, the current sp is still not that high, and if the past is anything to go by, there could still be a nice fat profit to be made.
