Guys, this deal is very much how I viewed it, both literally and strategically. IMO - It is part of a wider capital management plan designed to give AVR maximum flexibility. Big catalysts are coming up over the next 6 months which could impact the SP positively and will allow raises at higher prices if we need to access the funds. It sort of acts like a back stop.

The 500k (half of which we will likely pay in shares) is the establishment fee. - it is a once off. The 50 million is AUD.There is no fee other than that. 7% discount on a potentially rising SP sounds like a great deal to me.

It strengthens our balance sheet and puts us in a good position if we are negotiating.

This deal seems fairly straight forward to me and why I was pleased with it as an outcome (assuming it all goes through and gets finalised as planned). However, you would imagine it’s fairly nailed to go through.

I hope this helps put any conjecture to bed in relation to fees and discounts etc.
