@nugett - you are in an age group when things are changing - you need to look at your general lifestyle - assess what you are eating, drinking, exercise, maybe get some dietary advice etc. - is your social life o.k.? do you have friends, family of both sexes in your environment?
do you volunteer for something? are you part of a church group, or men's shed?
I am older than you and I am still very active, but have had periods after my retirement when I thought I needed a new diet, a new look at the level of exercise etc. - I have now stopped my regular 'glass of red wine' - have one occasionally with friends only.
I have had all 4 Covid vaccinations and I am not even a person who had the flu shots in the past - I began flu-shots almost at the same time as the covid vacc. - and I got my first flu-shot after a very bad experience with flu which turned into a bad chest cold - when I was visiting England/Europe in the European winter of 2019-20 (our Australian summer of bushfires over east)
I only had one very slight reaction to one of the shots, but was fine with the others.
If you have a good doctor, or are part of a good surgery, seek out a good doctor there - trust them - don't trust people who love conspiracy theories - any conspiracy theories - they mean well, are good people - but many have mental issues. - I have such an acquaintance (a couple who are cancer survivors, hence hyper-anxious) among my outer circle of 'friends' - everyone tip-toes around them and they are now rarely invited to anything, because all they talk about is their special 'status' - they are self-obsessed, fearful and childish.
