Cant totally agree, if they wernt marketing the company's prospects , that would be a discussion on here, id also want a lift in shareprice prior a raising , rather get back to 90 cents prior and capital raising so shenge doesnt average down by much .
I think slow steady accumulation is better than as you said a pump n dump price action
