Hi all, been a while since I posted on here. Thought I'd share a quick email I received from Tony (see below). Like many, I was quite concerned about the lack of commercial agreements recently but its now quite clear that this is not because of an issue with Brainchip but rather the wider global economic issues. It also seems like there is plenty of sales activity happening behind the scenes (at least according to Tony) and our partners have worked with us to improve Brainchip's technology hence the tape out of Akida 1500.

From memory, it was only about 4-5 months after Akida 1000 was taped out that Renesas signed a commercial agreement. So if history was to repeat itself, it won't be long until our partners receive Akida 1500 (which they most likely helped in improving) and then sign commercial agreements. On top of that if Akida 2000 is taped out this year too, I'd expect a fair few new commercial agreements signed by the end of the year. With the growing hype around AI and talks of recession slowly becoming a thing of the past, financial conditions are starting to improve so I'm more optimistic than pessimistic.

From a technical perspective, I've noticed there's been some increase in volume and according the Commesec, the number of buyers/units people want to buy are the highest it has been in months (this might also be day traders though). But combine this with the large number of shorts taken out which will need to be bought back eventually creates a lot of upwards pressure on the share price. Overall, although there's still a lot of risks particularly with the wider global economic conditions, things are starting to look good for Brainchip. Fingers crossed it all goes to plan.
