    Did the company ever say the ASX refused to let them re-list?

    Afaik, they just confirmed the ASX did not approve a waiver for an extension to the deadline

    Possibly (probably?) MYL never lodged an application to be submitted by Feb, and were pinning their hopes on the waiver
