Not so sure this is a good move by the BUY board.
It is hard to see how NSW or the Feds will agree to a drill, given their united public opposition.
Continuing with the court case may well have given us a substantial compensation sum.
As it stands now, there is a prolonged argy bargy period of lefties, Teals and surfers planning a renewed campaign of opposition that most politicians will succumb to.
We will then be left with nothing.
What do others think?
