Just plotted the various samples I scraped from multiple various releases I looked at this morning into a histogram, shows a very tight concentration around 17.5% NdPr considering heavy weathering, natural sampling and assay variation etc.
Something like DRE Yin deposit would do it for sure, averaging 0.5% NdPr-Ox in-situ ore. Two ways to get 0.5% NdPr% obviously, lift the TREO%, lift the NdPr composition of the TREO, or both....
