I never understood the market's fascination with FRE, probably all on the back of the relationship with Tesco in the UK.
FRE never looked like generating revenue, let alone GM or EBITDA.
I'm surprised it took as long as it has to get to this point.
Will anyone take this "offer" up? What value is there in the carcass?
$1.5m for 50% of what? Am I missing something or is it an attempt to prolong the agony?
