Sounds like you don't trust very many people or things. I guess that is because of the way the world has devolved. Your points seem to be well sound, but, I am not a stock trader. I'm a stock investor. Probably not a very smart one. I new what I was putting my money into 3 years ago. A PENNY STOCK. I only put in as much as I was willing to lose. If I wanted a surer bet, I would have probably invested in Microsoft, Amazon, or any other well established named stock. But I didn't. I gambled with my money for a huge upside. I've done pretty well so far as long as it doesn't go back down to the value it was 3 years ago. I am going to continue to do what I have been doing for 3 years, wait and see. If in hindsight I new that it wouldn't trade for all this time & with no assurance of a positive outcome, I would have put the money into SYA, OXY, LKE, or some other lithium miner. Everyone probably would. But it is what it is. Good luck.
