    It would be naive to think that a company would be unable to change their objectives in light of new information.

    Given that the options were originally issued to sophs (for free?), I'm not sure that there's much of a case here.

    Good luck with it all insofar as you don't distract the company from more important or useful endeavours (like actually finding value for real shareholders), IMO you played options, and unfortunately you lost.

    Edit: I do realise that could come across as dismissive. Do you have an actual law, listing rule, precedent or anything similar that you're making the original assertion that there are grounds for a class action under?
