PCL don't have an office that is staffed. They have a serviced office and if called you are greeted with a receptionist that simply passes on a message to PCL ( I would say to the company secretary). Very few on here have received a reply to emails or calls in the past, but keep on trying as you never know. The old boy's are tight lipped.
