It will be a good test of how competent the current BOD are and how much they actually know about developing a Resource. This Project should be pretty simple, as I said earlier, Somebody has just finished building one for SV and will be looking for their next job, IMO there are only three major bits of kit ~ Trommel, Leach tanks and a Thickener, all standard designs and in common use throughout the Mining Industry. I am sure there will be several Engineering firms in Brazil who can Fabricate them; everything else:- pumps conveyors cyclones etc should be pretty much available "Off the Shelf". Note: I said "commence" not "complete"
