LIT has a long history. If you have questions....ask.

I am not saying that the Lake Johnson project tenement is a dog, I am saying that LIT held onto this tenement and did nothing with it for years. Once upon a time, LIT had a long list of tenements. They originally planned on finding a resource that they could use to feed into Sileach and LieNa. However, they did nothing with those processes and so don't really have a need for a tenement.

Given that tenements have a minimum spend required in order to keep them active, LIT burned millions of dollars just to keep dud assets on the books. It was actually a good move when they started to trim these "assets".

Have a dig into the MD of CHR (David Crook). His linked in profile still has him listed as being employed by Lithium Australia.

Adrian Griffen is the now ex MD of LIT, and listed on the board of CHR

"Warrier Strategic" is a entity associated with Brian Dixon, employed by Lithium Australia

Then you have Lithium Australia itself. So nearly 25% of the T20 for CHR are affiliated with LIT. How many of those shares were bought, and how many of those shares were gifted?
