Apropos of something else, on the call this morning, I think I must have heard the phrase "soft/softening consumer demand" about 10 times.
While AMC is a global business, the Australian consumer will be feeling no different.
So, for the foreseeable future, I would steer well clear of businesses that derive their earnings from consumer spending.
