So Bundy, for everything that the BOD has done recently, for you as a shareholder of this company, you choose to give them nothing in return!? You want them to share zero in the skyrocketing SP, and the skyrocketing future of this company...?

I'm unable to view your stance as nothing more than simply shameful and selfish behaviour.

Bear in mind, with the stringent Share Trading Policy the company put in place, BOD have very limited scope to buy on market.
