as highlighted on slide 10 and mentioned by the CFO in the investor presentation call, the HY has frontloaded marketing expenses for Australia and some for US and the 2H is not expected to be anywhere near as high as 1H and predicted to be 35% lower... its not smoothed out across every quarter. its not as simple as extrapolating the latest quarterly figure to an annual run rate and working out the cash burn off that.
i think this has been appreciated by the market or else we would have fallen more or not regained in SP since dropping to 1.40 on result day.
were 6 green daily bars in a row and back to where we opened on quarterly day
