"expertise and experience across the rare earths sector that aligns perfectly with the Salazar REE clay project" - Couldn't find anything to show he has experience tied directly to REE, his background seems to be in finance management, his main role since 2009 has been at First Quantum Minerals (TSX:FM) $19b MC Copper producer.

The investor preso that dropped the other day out of left field is still a bit of a mystery, maybe they are looking to finance an acquisition or maybe they are looking for his expertise as finance becomes a more prominent concern with Salazar progressing.

Am I remembering correctly that he bought 12m shares back in October to gain a substantial holder and has now made his way onto the board? Or were these shares issued through the Salazar deal? Not sure whether to interpret this as a sign of his confidence in the project or something else, interested to hear if anyone else has an opinion.
