    On the one hand the dodginess of Zambia shows why you shouldn't do business there....

    On the other hand the fact someone is trying to steal ARE's mining lease means someone in Zambia thinks it's worth something... either a bag of money... or money in the ground.

    That's got to be a good thing right?
