    As a footnote to the above, many here would be wondering why they didn't get rid of Todd with these changes ?

    To me the answer is simple.

    He has been able to grow the business to $100mil annual revenue (albeit unprofitably) which is a great achievement within itself, so he can clearly drive growth so let him focus and what he is good at.
