australia has a real objection to nuclear power as a clean energy source yet we export a lot of uranium. It doesnt make sense. the water issue in cities could be solved by having nuclear powered mass desaltination plants - of course killing 2 birds with one stone is to complex for simple austrlaian and qld politicans.
