No don't twist my words. Not disputing any past purchases and I know he hasn't sold any. I purely talking about this purchase.

He took an opportunity and had to get special shareholder approval to buy them - he was not entitled to them at 14c.

If he bought on market AFTER the CR as well would say that is a sign of confidence, but picking up a few cheapies in a CR isn't anything special. It was just a good opportunity for him, don't try to make more of it.

They should have done a SPP with the last CR. Very disappointed they didn't - we were told no more CRs so having them giving cheap shares out with no chance for retail to get in left a bad taste. Obviously I understand why the funds were required etc, my beef is that we didn't get the option to buy directly as well.
