This is incorrect sorry, Aussie is absolutely correct in what he is saying.
NAL is owned by SYAQ which a joint venture between SYA (75%) and PLL (25%); it's not PLL owning a percentage of NAL as a shareholder. PLL own a percentage of SYA as a shareholder. The joint venture is exactly that, as Aussie has explained. That should not be news to anyone seriously invested in either company imo.
