the problem with sticking your head in the sand is you leave your privates exposed.
Only a few years ago 90% + of house's were owner occupied so less than 10% rented.
Now you honestly are telling me you don't see the problem with investors buying 4x more house's than First Home buyers each month? You think the current situation is normal?
wouldn't that suggest then that 80% of Australians rent? surly not.. surly investors only get away with this as there are so many people currently priced out the market.
Not only is there a price bubble, there is a rental bubble forming right behind it which will pop as renters move back into the purchasing market again..
