I believe that PB has the experience and the industrial know how for vanadium resource. But is his reputation shot though? What I mean is if he rings will investors or his contacts pick up and invest in SRN? For whatever reason TVN didn't work under his stewardship doesn't really matter the result was the result and that is what he will be measured on.
i think not even Vlad will know so it's a gamble he's taken on PB.
