Exercise of options is always a special CR but let's be honest, if they can be converted the sp would have to increase to about 4 times from here which wouldn't be so bad. CR and oppie conversions are part of the Bio-Tech development, how else can they get the trials done which then produce data which then can be used for deals. IMU got 7b SoI and managed a run to 60c. Some of the big 4 banks have 4-6b shares on issue and trade in the $20-30 range, BHP about 3b SoI trading in the $40 range.
Dilution can't be avoided but can be kept as low as possible if the sp increases. But atm CHM like IMU can announce what ever they want, the market is not interested in it at all. But that will change as always. When, can't tell but hopefully not before my 7.1c got order filled.
