How can you say that the higher the sp will run, the more the shareholders will accept the offer and vote yes. The Shell offer would have to move up accordingly if it was to be considered. Would it not..??? Or would they sell to Shell at the lower offer, even if the market sp is a lot higher, lol. Unless I misunderstood your comments though.
And as for the FIRB, I believe that it has already been accepted. Please DYOR.
