I am sceptical on the NPS after trying to be a retail customer, wasn't good, but neither is Energy Australia or Origin.
I think https://www.productreview.com.au/search?q=agl much more credible on the customer perspective. AGL score 1.3/5 on electricity side, a bit better on internet at 2.2 and 3.3 on mobiles.
Thinking of liquidating this holding as the only positive is keeping up with the drama that is AGL but I have little confidence in any significant improvement.
Happy to hear contrary more recent views on customer service levels as it has been a couple of years since my experience.
