Redmonki- I am a migrant and i study hard. I rented for a while. I started with a very small place. I built some equity and with my lovely wife's help, saved money for second property. I have nothing against BG or those who don't own a property. Its just that some people will listen to people like KEEN and they will wait and wait and wait(you know what i meant). I once listen to people like BG and KEEN and waited to enter the market, i still regret that decision.
My advise to the anyone who is a FHB that if you are ready to buy a property then PLEASE, PLEASE get into the market, don't listen to anyone, but have your expectations for what you can afford NOT what you want.
