Baillie, Jobling and Ewart hold 55.61% of the shares ie 182,574,679
Leaves 145 million shares. 71 million of these shares are held by the remaining top 20 shareholders
Its a stalemate.
Have no idea what the major shareholders are up to, Baillie and Jobling have had their shares for years. Ewart accumulated over the years.
Sure they have substantial revenue, but their outgoings are extensive due to executive and sales force and additional expenses - and the company cannot make a profit. Most of their income is from a fixed Netsuite commission rate. This means their ability to generate profit is diminished due to massive overheads.
The share price is illiquid.
So now it means (once again) years of trying to build up these recently acquired small acquisitions whilst all on board the JCurve ship remain on their fat salaries safe within the company umbrella.
........ and the shareholders just sit and watch
They keep harping amount a substantial acquisition, but that never happens. Basically they within do not need it.
It means they may lose they gravy train to a large organization.
