Ann: Ceasing to be a substantial holder, page-2

Had to sell a few to continue to fund a new company I have set up with a couple of other people, we think it will be huge, definitely a new slant on a giant part of the construction industry. We go live very soon..
Our budget unfortunately went a fair bit over. So I needed to tip in a bit more.
You get that on the big jobs.
Not that I have to explain, our timing couldn’t have been worse, as far as being this close to result’s, either way we are funded now, and I need not worry, but I feel some people on here may think I am exiting this stock, nothing could be further from the truth.
