Well according to one poster and with whom I agree, they dont know how to count and where mid year is (ie when they want to sell in US) and the time you need to submit by, once you add 6 months FDA review to get to mid-Year. A Dummies Guide to Using a Calendar appears the must have present to send to CYC.
