    The fact that they’re doing this, trying to encourage SH’s to vote yes, is extremely concerning. It seems unequivocal now these guys simply don’t want anything more to do with this stock. As for the price crumbling, well, I doubt those that bought the multimillions would simply dump at a huge loss just because the scheme fell through.
