    if running a business is as easy as on book calculations, accountants won’t be working for others. A small company by world standards, just getting its teeth out. Give them time. Not all operational issues can be reflected in financial summary. There will always be some stock in process etc. some fine tuning of machines, operating manuals. Why to become so touchy!
