Im usually an open book but this topic is best left alone. In-house we are focussed on (a) delivering quality outcomes for customers, (b) growing revenue and (c) getting to profit. Rationalising the payroll helps quite considerably with the profit objective and is a sensible tactic if we can simultaneously exceed expectations in the other two focus areas of quality and revenue. I think we can.
