a good lesson will be learnt from this, about the words used when communicating to shareholders. Even going back over docs, the way it was said we didnt have the mining licence but continually sounded like we did.
awarding of the mining licence - we have everything we need to then be awarded the licence and the governor signed of on the mining licence assessment to issue the mining liceence. Circled around, used the words but never actually had it.
